Go Live Checklist

When it's time for you to set your concierge live, follow these steps for a smooth launch

Introduction

Welcome to Slang! We are so excited you're here. Getting started is super easy. When you're ready to launch, follow the steps below.

Steps to go live

  1. Identify phone setup method (Call Forwarding or Slang Replace)
  2. Confirm the 10-digit number(s) for transfers (e.g. Talk to a Human, Misc Inquiries, etc.)
  3. Review the Voice configuration in your Settings Tab
  4. Review the Links and other Variables in your Settings tab
  5. Review the Topics, custom replies and link/phone/online assignments in your Concierge tab
  6. Ensure your location name is pronounced correctly in your Greeting; add Tagline (optional)
  7. If applicable, connect the OpenTable integration
  8. Invite any additional Users to your Slang Portal
  9. Call your dedicated Slang number to test the AI responses and make adjustments to your Topics as needed
  10. Launch Slang! (either configure Call Forwarding with your phone provider, or update online sources with your Slang number)
  11. IMPORTANT: Notify your Slang Implementation Project Manager (IPM) as soon as you have gone live
  12. Your IPM will coordinate and book an Initial Results Review with you for 2 weeks from your Go Live date
