Need to add or remove users to your Slang concierge? Here's how.
Introduction
Adding and removing users from your Slang concierge couldn't be easier. Follow the steps below!
Adding Users
Once logged in to the Slang admin portal, select the three dot menu in the bottom left-hand side of the page. Select the Users option.
This will pull up a list of users that have access to the selected concierge. To add users, select the Invite Users button at the top right.
Fill out the information in the popup box.
Please use all lowercase for the email address! Doing so will ensure minimal chance for errors.
The invited user will receive their invite within a few hours. It may get bumped to spam, so be sure to check all folders! If the email doesn't arrive within a few hours, please reach out to Support for assistance!
Removing Users
In the same user management screen, you can select the Delete option next to whomever you'd like to remove.
Please be aware that this will revoke all concierge privileges immediately. Hit Delete User to finalize.
